COVID-19

We are so happy to announce that we have re-opened, effective May 22, 2020. There are many precautions we will be implementing to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. This is our number one priority.

THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WILL ENSURE EVERYONE'S SAFETY
  • Pre-screening of clients to ensure they are free of any sickness and have not been in contact with anyone who has had any symptoms the last 14 days.
  • Hands must be sanitized upon entry. Hand sanitizerwill be provided to everyone.
  • No more than one guest allowed to accompany a client to an appointment and no children if it can be helped. Please.
  • We request clients to give us a courtesy call if you are ill, where we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  • Only FOUR clients maximum allowed in the clinic.
  • Doors, hard surfaces, and any shared spaces will continuously be disinfected throughout the day.
  • lf you are autoimmune, please let us know. We will leave space between
  • your appointment and others.
  • While dealing with hearing loss, we do need our faces visible so clients can be able to see our mouths move while speaking. Vvlth that being said, if you feel unsafe just let us know and we will wear a face mask.
  • Unfortunately, we will no longer provide magazines to read or coffee. We have water, please see the reception for a cup.

We appreciate everyone coming together to assist us in making your visit to Access Hearing Centre as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Pamela Cameron RHIP Advanced Cert. D
